I can't save the game before I beat my rival after elite 4, so then after i beat him, it automatically starts a new game. I looked for everything that would help on here and they still didn't work. I dont know if i missed a step or doing it wrong. So I was wondering if someone could get my save files and save ingame for me then send it back to me if that's ok?

Some games require that you change the save type before they can function. Since the game was working before, have you changed any of the settings recently that might cause in-game problems? Can you save anywhere else?

Which emulator are you using (and what version?), and have you tried different versions of the ROM?

I'll download the files you posted later on if I have the time.

I tried the save type already also, changed from flash 64k to 128k if that was the "changing save type" that you meant. I tried what another person said, save the game, reset the load and all that other things that was needed and its still like that.

I'm using VBA 1.72 and I'm not sure about the rom. I heard from other people that there is a new one and i downloaded that one, but that new one doesn't even show on my VBA, i see white screen. Didn't change any of the settings until I saw the message in game "Save Error, please exchange the backup battery." Then I tried everything and none of them worked(I don't know if I'm doing them right or did I missed a step) so i reseted all my settings.
