Ok guys, i have a problem and i need you guys to help me out on this :)

So i've followed the other guide, downloaded all the files required, optimized the settings, etc.

Ok the problem is that once im ingame, i can save... but then once i load the saved game, it hangs =/ (i know i know, you guys are gonna tell me to patch or whatever, and read the other thread, BUT I HAVE TRIED, and the other thread doesn't say anything about the newest emulator)

So, i've read that if you use an emulator newer than no$gbaA, you dont need to patch, but i tried downloading a fresh copy of D/P and it still doesnt load properly. I've also tried patching it anyway, and it didn't work either.

Can anyone help me please, i really want to play this game :( I've been trying for like months... :(

Could you try removing any old saves from the No$GBA/Battery folder and try again?

Remember that DS emulation is still a crapshoot. It's new and very buggy, so if Universe can't find a concrete solution, don't blame him : P

For the record, what settings are you using (directed at all three of you -- nigwigz, supernoob and thaDman?)

EDIT:

Fix found for the loading problem:

16) Cannot load the game on No$GBA 2.4f and 2.5.

1- Make sure the save type is Flash 512KB.
2- Use the fastest frame skipping option. (Unlimited mHz, 100%)
3- When you are in the main menu window where "Push Start" appears press "A" (Whatever you've selected as that key) as fast as you can and continuously until the game loads.

I've had much better FPS with the Emulation Speed setting set to "16.78MHz Realtime, Auto". When I use the one suggested by Universe, the frame rate seems choppy. It speeds up and slows down too much. With the setting that I'm using, I occasionally see the frame rate go about +-10% from 100%. Has anyone else notice this?

NOTE: This is my first post! I registered right after reading about this and testing different options myself. ;D

If you are achieving this on all games, then your computer must be capable and you can leave it on this setting. If this is only one game, then it's just the game isn't highly taxing on resources.

You can't really do much other than stopping unnecessary programs and/or getting a better computer.
