Which emulator should I use if I want to play the new SD Gundam Cross Drive rom?

From what I can tell, the game you're talking about is a DS game, right?

Any DS emulator should be fine, but the only problem is that the DS emulation software is still fairly new. You need a higher-end PC to make up for it's flaws.

Another issue is that the emulator you choose might not be fully compatible with the ROM you've chosen. That means you've just gotta wait for a patch/update.

No$GBA functions as a good DS emulator, so you might want to try that out. Like I said, it's all fairly new and the bugs are still being worked out.
