With these, you could:
Peek into the women's change rooms.
Walk into houses/banks, take things, and walk out the door
Go pretty much anywhere you want.
Make money as a journalist/paparazzi photographer.
Scare your friends.
Hide from bad guys and/or beat them up.
Take your girlfriend/boyfriend somewhere romantic by flying them up high onto a rooftop/tree/mountain etc.

Initiative aptitude - ability to understand how things work at a glance, like Sylar from Heroes (at least season 1 Sylar. I missed season 2)
Technopathy - screw around with computers and machines (now I can download pr0n without a computer)
