For now it is everything.

    * Emulated send/receive packets for TCP and UDP protocols.

can this play pokemon diamond and pearl

I believe it can to an extent.

i have pearl
it plays but when i get to the part where i have to use the touch screen for the button on the pokeball nuthing happens ???

You should play Pokemon D/P on No$GBA. It'll play a large portion of the game without problems.
