I can't get WinKawaks to read my NeoGeo rom for SVC Chaos: SNK vs. Capcom. I put the Zip in the ROM and unzipped. So Now the Zip and Unzipped file is there, but when I scan for new it does not show up and it is listed under all in NeoGeo.

I have no experience with this, but can you check if the folder it is scanning is the same as the one where the ROM is.

I found the problem you have to download the NeoGeo Bios then put it in ur neogeo rom fold. Plus the rom I downloaded was not working I tried a different site and said I needed the bios first to play.
