Ha ha ha, I'm sure all of you guys are going to love this. If you're a fan of Pokemon and you've got a PSP, you might be in luck.
Is it too good to be true? Maybe it's a load of crap. You'll be hard pressed to find any solid proof about Pokemon D/P coming to PSP.

Rickrolling consists of posting the video the video "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley, usually disguising it as something else. The idea originated on 4chan's /b/ board the day the GTA4 trailer was released. Since no-one could actually access the GTA4 website, people jokingly posted links to "Never Gonna Give You Up" saying they were leaked trailers of GTA4.
