Ok, so I followed the epsxe, tutorial on this site. Everything worked fine, I did the plugins the bios and everything. I did "run bios" to make sure it worked, sure enough I got to the psx screen. HOWEVER. When I downloaded the ISO, I made a foulder called ps1 iso, clicked on file, open iso, then clicked on the folder. Nothing there, sure enough, legend of dragoon.rar was in that foulder, but nothing, when I tried to run iso, it wasnt there. I tried making it a exraction folder, and do rune psx-xe, or whatever, still nothing.

What am I doing wrong? WHenever I download the ps1 iso, and I go to load them up with the epsxe...there not there?

It's compressed. Download WinRAR or 7zip, extract the ISO then try to run it.

Theres nothing to compress. I can even make it into a compressed file, then extract it, still nothing. it says legend of dragoon part 1.rar the file icon is a sheet of paper, its not a folder.

If the file ends with .rar, it is already compressed. Right click on the file and extract it. That or open up WinRAR/7zip and then extract it.
