If you've set the "Emulation Speed/LCD Refresh" Option to "Unlimited mHz, 10%" try changing it to either
Unlimited mHz, 50% or 100% to make it seem less jumpy..

hmm i remember somone posting a program that save settings for different games bak in the gbxrebel maybe he/she should post it again
