No. It doesn't by much. Have a read through the changes.

does it support wi-fi because in the homepage it says no$gba/wifi can send and recieve packets.

It won't work with games yet. It's incomplete.

one last thing if i may. is the cheat function incomplete as well because i tried a lot but it doesn't work.

Some cheats won't work. It'll probably be fixed in a future version.
