Yeah guys i am really getting pissed now. Got the new No$gba emulator with New Super Mario bros. but it doesn't start >:( First it said: Could not erase data please reset so i changed some settings and now it says: Could not save please reset. Don't know what to do!!

... i don't know if there's an emulator that can run it fully or at least playable, but it must be your settings or your pc, i'd recommend you try any game that's been said to work, if you can play it too, then keep trying. if you can't just give up.
I'm not sure if this game runs properly, but if it does changing the save settings should work:
1) Options --> Emulation Setup.
2) Change "NDS Cartridge Backup Media" to another setting.
3) Options --> Save Settings.
4) Try again, repeat with a different setting if the message still doesn't go away
These are just general instructions, someone may have an exact setting for you.
