I downloaded the version 2.4b from a user and tried to play the game starts the menu of the game comes and when i try to play the insave game it turns black .

We're going to need A LOT more details about your problem. Firstly though, no$gba's DS compatibility is very low, as DS Emulation as a whole is still quite young. If you're trying to emulate GBA, use VBA, hands down the best emulator out there.
