1) Options --> Emulation Setup.
2) Change "NDS Cartridge Backup Media" to another setting.
3) Options --> Save Settings.
4) Try again, repeat with a different setting if the message still doesn't go away.

i'm playing this game and everything is working fine. these are my settings.
emulation speed: unlimited disaster 100%
bakup media: eeprom 64k
sound is off. and the rest is deafult. the game works with the sound on and off.
^ that is using no$gba 2.4c
