As some of you know, No$GBA 2.4b consisted of changes which made the loading patch for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl useless, but also refused to run the patched ROMS (which were need for 2.4a.)
So, I've made an IPS patch, which SHOULD (note that word) revert it back to its original state (saving you from having to re-download the ROM if you didn't make a backup.)
MD5 of Patched ROM: D34ACFEED7BCCA408DAC0C5E14C6D65C
MD5 of Clean ROM (after applying this patch): 02A1AF2A677D101394B1D99164A8C249
BTW: I have no idea how well this will work, depending on where you got your ROM from... (Mine was from G-Masters).. If it doesn't end up working for anyone, I'll just lock the topic.
