Do I really need a Joystick to play games on Dolphin? And every time I open Dolphin it says: Unknown country code, why is it that? ??? :o :o :o :o

You don't need a joystick. Apparently the default input plugin should allow you to use your keyboard.

For the second message, what is the ISO called (with extension)?
