NO, it's almost impossible to play it without buying it cuz you need a ****ing steam code, which is unique. All codes on the net are already in use so you won't be able to play.

Since its not an online play game like Runescape which requires very little to download... CS doesnt work in that same method, you put the data onto your hd, and then it will run, considering if you have a good enough pc too.
