I have been playing pokemon diamond. When I get to the top of mt. coronet with dialga after i beat the two team galaxy assistents it shows a view of dialga and then pauses does anyone know how to fix this problem i dunno if its the settings or something? thanks

If its a movie sequence, just wait. It may take some time (more than 5 minutes) to complete/respond.. Hitting keys every now might help as well..

K there are rings that go out and around it though and those rings pause at this stage dyu think I should still try and wait?
I have left it on for a couple of hours and still nothing. :'(

Probably not.. just don't go past that point. Do something else until a fix is found, or if there is one, till someone posts it.
