There are Mac versions of Boycott Advance and VisualBoy Advance available:
VisualBoy Advance 1.7.4
Boycott Advance 0.3.6
If those don't work, go straight to the page here:

I don't think they're universal binaries, so it may be slow on Intel Macs.
PS: You could also try running Windows GBA emulators through CrossOver or Darwine... But don't expect this method to work...
