Hey guys, im kinda new to this (hacking roms) and i wanted to know if it would be possible to hack megaman battle network 5 team colonel. I wanted to know because i wanted to change up the teams and add in the bass megaman cross from double team DS. Does anyone know how to do this? and can anyone give me some tips? Or can anyone help me? it would be greatly appreciated
