When I got to "Run CDROM" I get this

*Error loading WNASPI32.DLL

If I actually own the game, and this is the correct way to make it work, how do I fix this?

Sounds like maybe your missing the "WNASPI32.DLL" file,
Can't load what it can't find

If you're on Windows 2k/XP you can set the CD-ROM mode to IOCTL.

Otherwise try another ASPI layer like ForceASPI.
