my problem is i dont know how 2 put in the codes for action replay

it comes out like this

to activate the code 1 need 2 press l+r at the same time but this wont work now i want 2 know what window 2 put the code in its gotta be either the big or the small 1 and if i have 2 put all the master bal codes into the 1 small 1 or  1 row of code per big 1 because i have no clue in what slot goes the explenation for the code and in wat slot the code goes

I have no idea of what you tried to say, but these should help:

it sure does but my action replay codes wont work when the code input is complete instead of the mark you have in your second screen shot i get  a ? so can you tell me how 2 get those gameshark codes

You'll need to find a way of converting the codes, don't ask me how... Google is probably your friend...
