The only battle related freezing I know of is due to the sound being turned off in the options. So it only freezes near Jubilife? So it wouldn't freeze, say at the lake near the starting town?

* Setting the "Emulation Speed/LCD Refresh" option to "16.78 MHz Realtime, Auto" and holding down "+" on the Numpad makes the game go faster.
It isn't truth, because the speed does not change, you can do it only in the main screen, inside or outside it doesnt work

actually it does work, ive tried it with other games. the fact is the emulator is trying as hard as it can to get to realtime speed but it cant. as u said it works only in the main menu, this is because it has alredy reached realtime speed and actually can go faster.

Guys do you what are the factors that affecting the Games speed?
Can you rephrase that?

So it does work? Or is it just not worth mentioning?
Oh noh what happen! When I open the emulator again and play the game my save game was lost? What should I do? Also the configuration of the keyboard and the gameshark code was lost? Can anyone tell me what happen?

What I mean is what are the factors(of computer) that affects the speed of the Game?

CPU. The better the CPU, the faster the game will be, though the emulator doesn't seem to be optimized for multiple cores.
You will also need a mid-range graphics card (though my OC'd 9550 seems to work OK...)

For the configuration - remember to hit "Save Settings" after making your changes. It's possible your game is still there, just change the save mode again and save the settings.

I removed the cheat section for now. As for your problem, you're not tampering with the save file in the Battery folder right? And you haven't changed the save type to uncompressed in NO$GBA.ini?
Because the cheat is not working thats why you remove it. Maybe move the file thats why. I play the new game again. But this time I rename the Rom into Pokemon Diamond. And can save in the game. But I haven't tried to close the Application and run it again. :-/
