Hello im new but anyway, i have the following:
NO$GBA v.2.4
Pokemon Pearl
enDrypts Advanced v.1.2
Biosnds 7 and 9
Firmware.bin

Well i did every little thing im pretty sure i was supposed to do.
I encrypted the rom and then i changed the reset/start up entry point to GBA BIOS and i saved options and then restarted but then it says ROM IMAGE HAS CRASHED. So what should i do to make it work, i dont really care if the game is slow.

Try changing the Reset/Startup Entrypoint to Start Cartridge Directly.

You could also try No$GBA 2.4a...

I got the Pokemon Pearl to work on the No$Gba v 2.4a

The bad thing is that the 3d at start dont show and i cant seem to be able to load my game even if it reacts to that there is a savefile

There is a patch out for Diamond which enables, but I've seen people saying that it also works on Pearl... Go here.

You can just skip that starting 3D btw...
