Is there any working emulators of these? I tried downloading a Gamecube one, but it won't let me do snything

For PSP, there is only PSPE , but it only runs a few demos yet, personally I wonder why doesn't much people work on it whereas everybody works on DS.
For GC, it 'literally' works. But the best performance you can get is about 8-9 frames per second non-relevant to your pc's power.Dolphin is the most developing emu and expectations are quite high.
For Dreamcast, it's the best emulated one out of these. You can check Chankast, it's considered the best for DC, and runs lots of games at a very good speed.
