Ya i had the same problem...keep on catching more pokemons until they get tranfered to another box....you still wouldnt be able to go to the earlier box cause the game will freeze....and remember keep less than 15 pokemon in each ox....and save the game everytime you are gonna use the computer.....

Hi when I saved my game for diamond it came up as an SNA format not SGM can the freeware program convert this? If not what can I do?

Oh well I've saved in game a lot but nothing came up in the battery folder. My game has now also restarted for some reason. How can I convert SNA to SGM is it possible?

I have filled up the first box in my PC with pokemon, however when I try to go from the second box to the first box to get pokemon to withdraw, it freezes.  Anyone else having this problem, or does anyone have a fix.

You'll probably just have to wait for a new version of the emu or try experimenting with the options to see if they help you.

i had that problem....you cant go to the first box...sorry but that's the way it is....just make sure you dont fill the box with more than 15 pokemon......anyways i beat the elite four but i want to start again cause the game i played was full of problems but now i know how to over come them

I noticed on the emulator that it has the options "Master Only (Single Game Pak) and "Gamepaks in all GBA's". Does this mean u can insert an NDS and GBA rom in at the same time? That would be cool for Pal Park if u can.

I have  been experimenting with the possibility of inserting an NDS and GBA cartridge at the same time unfortunately I do not have Pal Park yet so I cannnot definately say anything yet. When you put in a GBA cartridge and let it load you are able to open an NDS rom afterwards. I can't prove it yet but my theory is that if you switch the option onto Gamepaks in all GBA's, load up your GBA Rom then load up your NDS rom, the NDS rom, such as Pokemon Diamond, will still read the data on the GBA rom, such as ruby and will let you use the features that you would be able to use on a regular ds system. Such as transferring Pokemon with Pal Park. If anyone has completed the leauge in D/P and has a ruby/sapphire/emerald/fire red/leaf green rom with a good amount of the game complete could you please test this out and see if it works. Post your results here. Thanks
