1) The patch is only for Pokemon Diamond.
2) i) Get a better computer
ii) Wait for a new version of the emulator and see if that helps.
iii) Increase the process priority to High and you should get a speedup.
Yeah i also get a big slowdown when out of the houses, iv tried alot of stuff to try and speed it up but no luck whatsoever, so my best bet is to wait for a newer version of the emulator.
OK before i patched the rom and changed the save type i couldnt save but it wouldnt freeze. now that i have done those things its freezing :( some1 help.
Cool, I got mine working with the newest version of no$gba. I actually got the english rom from a torrent about 4 days ago. Everything works fine but as everyone else is saying it's still slow.
What abou the new version of the NO$GBA?? I've played a little bit and after i beat the first battle, my game crashes!!! why is that happening??
CAn you play during a long time at this speed?? i got bored at the beggining!!
Mine isn't ridiculously slow so it isn't really boring to play, as long as you keep saving before you finish playing things will start to get more interesting.
Ive found out how to set the priority to high, so no worries.

I guess it's some thing wrong in the emulator, cause i set it to real time and the emulator speed does not change. Should be some problems with 3D
Edit: The patch works perfectly in Pearl edition ;)
ya i tried everything the english version works well and everything......it saved and opened up in a normal menu and asked me if i wanted to load the saved game,i clicked it but it just went blank....ne way to fix that

Is reading difficult?
1) Set the process priority to high.
2) Make sure nothing in the background is consuming CPU resources.
3) Disable sound when not in battles.
4) Follow the settings others have posted in this thread.
5) Get a better system.
Or just wait for a more optimized version of the emu.
you probably hv the games sound turned off.....turn it on and it'll work...keep it on for the game...it may slow it down but it doesnt freeze it...select it at low stereo 10kbps
Could somebody please help me with my problem? I did of course read the entire thread, and several others on other forums - I haven't seen this problem anywhere.
Here's my set-up:
No$GBA 2.4a
biosnds7.rom, biosnds9.rom, firmware.bin and key.cfg from earlier in this thread
lgc-pkmd.nds ROM, applied the lgs-pkmd.ips patch to fix a bug when loading saved games, and then encrypted the ROM
The game works fine, runs quite well (I have an excellent computer), etc. I can save and load fine. However - the emulator randomly crashes. This seems to only happen when 'accepting' things - that is, pressing the A button. For example, pressing A to continue when talking to an NPC, or using the menu, etc. It crashes so often that it's unplayable.
Any ideas? I'd greatly appreciate any help.
Thank you in advance.
