Whenever I go to a ROM to download it, nothing happens! I am new to this place and I want to know if there is something that I'm not doing!

more explaination would be nice,

most links take you to another site where you can download the file from there.

I dont know how to download a rom for GBA it takes me to another site and I dont know what to do THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So it would be nice on your part to give the link - site - details  from where you are trying to download from, then you may get help
