I downloaded two ROMs, saved them, then tried to open them. An error message came up saying that the computer didn't recognize the file type. They were .rar files. Is that the wrong file type? Or do I need something else other than the Visual Boy Advance.
They're both GBA ROMs, by the way, and the emulator is Visual Boy Advance.

winrar will take care of your problem.I think i saw a link to it in tumbleweeds sig somewhere,get it then unzip the file,visualboy will read it then
