If I were to take translating a rom into my own hands, since no one else will do it, what would be the best and easiest way to do it? And where could I find the program that I could do it with? Thanks.

Its Not Easy , So Don't fool yourself, Its very Time Consumming and you must know the language in order to translate it of course.

To tell you the exact tool/s you'll need, I can't, as I've never done a Translation.
But you can start by doing a Google search, also checking out most sites that offer Roms for Download as they often carry some better tools..

Or better yet go to http://www.gmforum.org/ they have more people there with lots of knowledge on this and other subjects, (far better then this Forum will ever be)

I also want to find out how to translate a rom if there's someone out there who's done it plz come and tell me.Cause all those Japanees roms are cool so i want to translate them.
