Go to google and search "frozen rom" and the first link should be frozen-rom.com or .net or .org i forget which. It has a lot of nds, gba, n64, etc roms and emulators. Most in the first few pages are Japanese and the English version for the rom will show up later in the pages when you download. Best place to download IMO
