If pokemon stadium uses gba or gbc then yes. Might I ask what are you gonna play pokemon stadium as? emulation? or actual console?

Get a flash drive and flash it to a gba cart, then load the cart on the controller :P or whatever link cable you use to connect to ur console

Depends on which PKMN STdM you use. But the n64 version only supports up to a certain version of pokemon gba, you just need to configure it so that it looks for the rom save file.
