is there a program that can transfer a pokemon to another save file???
if there is tell me pls...
or is there a way to transfer pokemon to another pokemon game with 2 PCs???

You can use VBA Link <www.vbalink.info> or <http://www.vbalink.wz.cz/>. You don't require a second PC. Be sure to read the instructions on both sites.
