... you're not supposed to make roms work, if they have something wrong is because the emulator is not 100% complete! it's not crashing? well, how about sound? or graphics (no picture? wel...), is the touchscreen working? some of the working roms stop working after the level intros, so it may just stop at the "choose your pokemon" part...
i don't doubt it, he's NOT, he CAN'T, he's just a guy who thinks that can make a rom work if he tries and tries harder... maybe he got the endscrypt and the bios and is attempting to play it, but you know that the emu is not 100% complete, he can't get it working just because he tries!!!
