what i mean to say is how to put people fogs and effects on the game n plz tell me how to make movie scenes like Final Fantasy games

Click the Event layer and then choose the Graphics as a person and set movement on.

Then on the Event layer just choose to change the background to Fog.

Make your own Cutscenes using a movie maker program.
