Can you make games with Macromedia Flash? And if yes, can someone post like a tutorial or something since I am a complete beginner to game making.

First, try making a few rpgs with RpgMaker.
Then, try making a few games with GameMaker.

Making games in Flash requires knowledge of how a game works, and how variables and switches work.  In Flash, you use a script called ActionScript to make and edit events.

If and only if you can make a few games in flash, try making some with ruby and Blender. ;)
