i just downloaded advance wars 2. and on the start screen, it says press start. when i do, it buzzes and freezes!

it goes zzzz-chic-zzzzzzz-chiz

and REALLY loud, what do i do?

what system and what emulator are you useing?

visualboy advance.

i tried no$ and it does work, but it gets really pixel-y and as you start mission 1, it goes black, not completely, but like u had it tinted or sumthing

unzip/rar it.  remove any filters you have applied.  Make sure that you have completly downloaded the file.

If this does not work, try downloading it from a different source.  try www.emuv2.com

So I downloaded that exact same file,
Size should be 4.06 mbs
I played it on " Visualboy Advance 1.7.2 and I had no problems getting into the Rom and playing it,
There was no noice of any weird kind, just the game play.

try using Visualboy Advance 1.7.2 or re download the file if its size is not correct,
