My brother does a lot of writing, short stories, etc.  I'm not really into that kind, I do a little of game reviewing though.

I write the occasional story and essay and get all A+'s when it's an assignment.  Writing seems to be my talent and I can write up just about anything. :P

I write up spells and voodoo curses, half the time they don't work though, mainly because I don't get the proper ingrediants. Where am I supposed to find a yeti's toe anyway?

I keep writing storylines for low-budget movies and flash movies, which nothing ever becomes of them. :'(

I don't like writing anything at all, maybe a letter if I have to but I wouldn't like it.

I used to write alot of poems and some short stories. The short stories sucked thought and they made no sense at all. I've stopped writing poems about 1,5 years ago. I just don't feel the need to write poems anymore

I've got about 5 stories I'm writing now, one that I think will go along way. I'm on the third draft of my main book and it looks very good. I get good reviews and I hope to publish all my work when it is good enough.

Liger, that would be cool =) I get good reviews of my poems. I didn't put my stories on a site. I'd be ashamed if anyone read them because some are in Dutch and they're about my friends and me. I wanted to get my poems published too, but I didn't know how to. I looked on the internet for addresses (sp?) nearby, I've found one but never went =/

There are a few sites that will find publishers for you but most of them are pay sites. I was looking for a publisher on one site: I took the time to enter all my information and categories of my book only to find that in order to even find out the name of the "perfect publisher for me" I had to pay $15 USD a month.

Poems are cool though and you are sure to be able to find at least one publisher to help you. The best poems are often about personal experience so it certainly is nothing to be ashamed of. If you wish, you could translate your Dutch poems into English or vice versa depending on what language you want to publish in. I've always wished I could write poems, I just don't have the feel for it.

My poems are already in English, my stories weren't. Maybe I'll try it someday, who knows =) my poems were mostly about my personal things. I had the most inspiration when I felt down. But I don't have much inspiration to write anymore.
