Everytime I open Pokemon Fire Red it says this upon the start, and it unables me to save, I've used the suggestion in the topic (128k) but it's not working. Any way I can fix this problem?

try another Emulator version.

if Option > Emulator > Save Type > Flash 128K, Restart the Emulator.

Just toggle from the different save type

I just realized there is a save fix for pokemon fire red.
I am so stupid sometimes.
