Well first of all, you should ask this in the emulation support.
Second, i would like to know what game you were playing. There might be a patch where you have to add, or patch up. But then again maybe it is just the game. Please list your specification of your pc, like your CPU, and ram as well as your video card, and the game you were playing. Then try to see if you place the save type to auto, EEPROM or FLASH.
