Hey guys. Before you go getting all excited, i should tell you that the hack is no where near ready for it's beta release. Now for the second bit of info, i need some helpers to help out with making fake pokemon. Unfortunatly, i dont know where to get the program for making your own pokemon and putting them into the game. Once you've made some pokemon, pm me and i'll give you the hack so you can put them into the game. ( in specific set routes/caves/water etc). Lastly, i need a scripter. A scripter is someone that re writes what sign's say, what people will say and what the town name will say. This is a Pokemon Ruby hack, i will be taking care of editing the maps. It seems easy, but it's not, i have to edit every single map in the game. So, who will sign up and help contribute to this hack?

Sure but you have to find the program yourself since i dont know where to find it. You must be more active too so that i know you will be ready for any pm's that i may have to give out.

To be able to make your own custom sprites, you need a pokemon sprite program. I will give you the hack after you have made a few pokemon to put into the hack.

Thats good, but you dont understand what i mean. Make your own fake pokemon. For example: Dont mix pokemon together to make fusions, turn the pokemon into whatever you want. I am sorry, but i dont want to inlcude fusion pokemon into this hack.

Sounds good. Is this going to be a completely different game or a game based around the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald storyline?

The story will be similar to the one in Pokemon Ruby, but with a few changes to the scripts.
Im using Advancedmap to draw out the maps. Hopefully i should have a beta release some time.

Sorry, i dont know of any Pokemon Sprite editors.

Yes, the sprites are great. Try not to keep them looking like the original form of a pokemon though, ie - mudkip. PM me when your ready to get the hack.

1ic1, I have had at least two email from people saying that the images that you posted in post #8 of this topic were not made by you in other words your plagiarising them. I had a look at the link and three are direct links to pokemoncommunity.com attachments.

I already know that you own the site: http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c297/1ic1/ so the links you gave to other sites can not be possibly yours.

Unless you can PROVE that the images you have provided are yours, I will have to take serious action against you.

1ic1, you have to draw your own pokemon sprites with a pokemon editor.
Stealing other peoples creations is definatly not allowed in this hack. I dont know whether to get a new pokemon sprite editor now or to keep 1ic1.
