This is essentially a link to zophar.net, but I'm giving links to some general emus.

GBA
Recommended: VBA

SNES
Recommended: ZSNES and SNES9x

N64
Recommended: Project 64

All of those emlators are for Windows.
For those who have flash carts, you may want to check out the emulators on consoles.

hey i wana help i have project 64 more he dont have all buttons=the yellow butons and the c button when i play zelda the majoras mask i need press the button c to giv itens for a monster and i cannot use because i dont have the button can you send me an emulator of n 64 who have the c button?

Wow i havent posted in ages...anyway, Project 64 does have the C button, you just have not located it. Try pressing the buttons on your keyboard.(Sorry that i cant tell you which one, but i haven't used it in ages and i finished Zelda on it.)
