It's a 'rare' Hideo Kojima game developped by Konami. As you all know Hideo Kojima is the auther\creater\director of the Metal Gear series.
You're a detective who is basically reenacting the film Blade Runner cause there are these cyborgs that are killing people and you have to stop them.
Your trusty sidekick is 'metal gear', a tiny robot that analysis things for you (your mini crime lab). I was mitaken, this metal gear looks like Otacon's robot, not the larger metal gear from the MGS4 preview. But since it's a Hideo game, it makes sense that it's a reference.

Looks like a bladerunner movie hmm? Bladerunner ran with a live and let live feeling especially at the end.(Roy saving Harrisson Ford)
The metal gears in MGS4 looks like they are about 1/4 bigger the size of normal characters.
Could you scan more pics? I wanna see one of the gameplay.

it was my mistake to call it snachers not snacher, not yours.

That ingame pic i posted is pretty much how it looks though. It's a text based adventure game where you select 'go to junker HQ' or 'pick up towel'. Good game though. I have a copy for sega cd.
