Definaly not possible, for example, the DS with the touch screen and the microphone, it would be impossible to emulate those on the PSP, also, they use totally different types of processores, and graphics thingys, etc...

no it would not be impossible. You would use the jooystick as a mouse and the directional keypad as the movements.

the rest would be left to emulation
it would be similar to emulatnig mac to pc and/or vice-versa

Even though the DS has more or less the same amount of buttons as the PSP, its just the touch screen which wold be a pain in the arse.
