SMB only sold 40.5 million copies and that's including ones that were sold in game bundles.
SMB3 sold 17 million copies (all non-bundled).
GTA: SA has sold 12 million
Edit: thought I'd add that Super Mario World sold over 20 million copies (though that includes bundles), which makes mario games the top three selling console games.
Top selling PC game (The sims) only sold 10 million copies. hehe, poor PC.

Lol I used to think rap was crappy too, but then I listened to Jay-Z's black album (best songs ever).
If they play GTA all day that's their choice because they like that game better than all the others. You can't force someone, thats not game savy, to like clasics like Mario. They going to be Sony/Microsoft fanboys because they come out with the most violent and hyped games. Its not their fault that most Nintendo ads look childish.

I listen to rap but im not a huge sony fanboy. You people are making it sound like its either sony/microsoft or nintendo. I like all three. They each vary for me. I like sony because they have good RPG's, microsoft has good FPS, and nintendo has the legendary mario. Thats why I have all three, ps2, xbox and the gamecube
