I downloaded vba link and on the second emulator that I am running, the game freezes but on the first one, it works fine. I tried this with different games and on my second emulator that I opened, the game still freezes. How can i fix this?

Did you check the "Pause when InActive" If this is enabled than one emulator will not be running until you click on it again.
