http://www.bootweb.com/manuale.htm go here and you'll see how to properly write your gba roms to your gba/sp flashcarts. Follow all of the steps. Could someone tell me if this method works though? Because i wouldnt mind playing my old gba/sp again.

Neither would I. But I just don't have the time to do all that stuff. Anyway why don't you just try it out for yourself?

Well I would suggest using the program tailor made for each flash cart. Each carts website usually has detailed instructions on how to use the software. The link you posted was for something called the 'zero linker', so unless you have a zero linker, I would suggest you not use that method and program. But most of the programs are essentially the same: select roms, fill cart, burn to cart, play in GBA.
