i have both the psxe bios but i cant use them ive put them in the folder but the emulator never finds them and the same with the graphics plugin help me

erm... you sure you have good (and unzipped version of ePSXe, sorry for asking that...), and are you sure you've placed bios in "bios" folder and GPU plugins in "plugins" folder, without any subfolders?

yeah im using winrar and thats how i put it in the folders

than did you tell ePSXe that you have it there.  There is a way that you have to tell it.  If that did not work, than did you download the correct one.

that is how it is suppose to look like. the "\NAME" is a folder and the ones without '\' is just some file

You have to point to exact location of bios file, and pick the one that you will use, by going on "config" and than on "bios" if you haven't done that already. If you did than you may have corupted bios. just to be sure that your Bios is ok go on "file" than on "Run Bios" if normal bios shows up, it should be first that SCE (sony computer entertainment) sign than "Memory Card"and "CD Player" should show up after that. maybe there something wrong with your ISO file or your graphics, if you've pointed to your bios and after you've clicked on "Run bios" it's not showing up...
