:( I downloaded the project 64 emulators that you uploaded. I had already been trying to get the emulator to run the one and only game that I had: Legend Of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time - Master Quest. I am constantly encountering problems with the plug ins.  I've visited Zophar's Domain a million times to find graphic plug ins which will work. None have. For example Jabo's nVidia OpenGL 0.73. Every time I switch it to that in settings then load the rom it says its's encountered a problem with Pj64, tell microsoft about this problem, the  it'll close. will not work either, first it will say Gfx cannot be drawn in windowed mode, it needs to be on full screen so press Alt=Enter, when you do that a window will appear saying error: No se puede alojar el buffer trasero which means something like: The back buffer cannot be lodged. Some other plug ins also say they encountered a problem. I don't konw what it is, i've got a Intel(R)82815 Graphics Controller DAC Type: Internal Memory: 4MB. Can you please tell me what I could do or how to configure the plug in and which plug ins you are currently using? :'(

if I'm not mistaken a 4mb chip can't run n64 games

in other words, you would probably need to buy a new graphics card

would sound like shibubu is right,
as I run a Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller,

and (I believe) with upwards of 64mb internal memory

You can download jabo's direct 3d 8, it works with Zelda pretty good. The configurations are fine as default.

You may need to try another 64 emulator

Also,
Some emulators will encounter problems if run in 32 bit Color
Start,  control panel,  Display,  settings,  color quality, Medium {16 bit} Apply, OK.

To run a 64 emulator, you need more 3D optimizations than a 4 meg video card can provide. And since its emulated I would go ahead nad recomend 32 meg of vram as well as a directx 8.0 card or better (vram isn't everything).

Try upgrading yor video card. If you don't have an AGP slot, there are afew PCI video cards that would do it.  If you are on a laptop, I don't think you can do it.

he just wants it to be able to work again regardless of speed, and since he did get it to work he wuldn't need to get a new vid card not 2 mention that that had already been suggested twice by me and ahnobody

I had a 4 mb video card on my old computer with directx 9 and i also tried Legend of zelda ocarina of time and it played yet it was so slow, and in dark places it was pitch black so u can't see anything, now i got a 3.0 ghz computer with 128mb video 1000mb of ram and it plays fast and good graphics, dark places now clear

so its probably your computer just cant play it..and even if it is ur plugins and u get it workin but still slow u wont be able to go through the game
