GMax(by DISCREET) is a 3D object generator for use with gmax game engines, or gmax enabled games. Oh yeah, and by the way, It is FREEWARE! You can also use it to render 3D objects, and images. I thought I would place this as a source for downloading it off of TurboSquid, because it is quite handy for the leisure game designer who wants to break into the 3D realm. Gmax is made by the Monopolistic 3DSMAX. Most, if not all, games now are made using 3dsMax.
