i dont know if this is the section for it but can u help me with mugen to download so i can make a game

Can u help me get char,stages and how come when i added some chars i cant use them

i still cant add char..

Ok heres what i done.

Download the character then exract it, then open the mugen folder and go to data > select.txt
(note: it mey not be .txt but it is a read-me file)

Then scroll down to where it say's

Kung-fu man, stages/kfm.def

When there go back to the mugen folder, open up chars this time and drag the folder of the character into it.

Then revert back to the read-me, go to the area i told you to go and write this underneath it:

Character name, stages/kfm.def

Insert the character name where i put character name, then it should be selectable on mugen.

still doesnt can someone PLZZZZZZZ help me with this
